NVidia closed-source drivers pretty much since I got this thing and at
some point vowed that my next machine would use an AMD card, since I've
heard the open-source AMD driver is good.

I'm running Ubuntu 20.10 and I'm using a Logitech MX Master Mouse 3.
I've replaced the file browser Nautilus with file browser Dolphin but
3rd party apps still use Nautilus to save files.
My problem is that applications like Flameshot (takes screen shots) use
Nautilus wh
I don't think this is a bug, but I agree that there should be a better
implementation. None of my displays are 4K, but I can definitely see how
on some monitors the icons are massive, and on others, they should
easily have more rows/columns.

because it aborts the whole release upgrade process and might leave the
system in a weird state. I seem to recall installing scipy manually via

When dragging and dropping a file, if the mouse hovers over a folder for
a split second, the folder opens.
This behaviour is quite jarring. Whether or not you intended to drop
into that folder, you may not have intended to open that folder.
The hover time can't be set. And
By using the patched smb.conf from Unmodified 13.10 saucy system, its
now fixed. Now we'll just wait to make the fix becoming released on next
update.

I'm on 12.10 kernel 3.5.0-25 and I'm booting off an SSD (which seems to
be a common symptom).
When the blanks screen occurs, I know it wants the FS crypt password.
So I type it in blind on this black screen. Then the rest of boot
occurs normally. I never see the Grub screen.
I tried adding a 5
I have the same problem. And it happens quit frequently.
Sometimes it will happen when moving with as few as 100 files. But
generally it is with folders with higher file counts.
I have seen it happen on my SSD and also via SMB when moving files
around on my NAS.

The current novnc package included in the ubuntu-cloud-archive
folsom/proposed repo has an incorrect argument in the init script.
DAEMON_ARGS="--flagfile=/etc/nova/nova.conf --web /usr/share/novnc/"
should be replaced with this:
DAEMON_ARGS="--config-file=/etc/nova/nova.con
Please help me fix this problem
