I think I'm seeing this bug. Using a T400 laptop with the intel driver.
It's more like one in two than one in ten for me though. Also,
unfortunately I can't ALT-F2 or do anything, I need to ssh in from
another host and restart gdm.

Yes, confirming I still have this issue.
As an interim workaround is there a way to tell the bluetooth applet to
disconnect and reconnect from the command line? For me this would be
easier as I can SSH in from another box rather than finding a mouse.

I spoke too soon with my comment #12 - that didn't fix it for subsequent

I also have this issue, as with the OP using a mouse to disconnect and
reconnect through the bluetooth preferences applet brings the keyboard

For completeness, this isn't only a problem for HP models. My Avision
AV122 is also affected. As mentioned in the other bug it appears to be a

This seems to be some issue with the avision backend. My Avision AV122
no longer works in Intrepid where it did used to work in Hardy. My HP
multifunction works fine.

where the folder icon would be on the first page of results. Asking a
user on #kubuntu to confirm they showed that the drop target would
default to the first folder visible.

using this option always reports an error. From looking at the source it
appears that -tone [0|1] is the correct form - and it works.

Same thing here, my collection is nfs mounted under /mnt. Just posting a
note so you know it affects more than one person.
Thanks for the pointer to the hidden-root config. I've mv'd it out of
the way as I prefer to see all my files/directories.
