After install Ubuntu Alternate i386 Beta 1, the gnome session loads the
current artwork in gnome-panel but then it automatically changes the
skin to another one.

More information about this bug. It does not only appear in the Chinese
Simplified version of Ubuntu. It also appears in the English one.
When you first install the system, the original artwork appears as
usual.
However, you logout and right after you login and the gnome policy kit
crashed.
