When saving a file to the desktop in Kubuntu 19.10 64Bit (probably
plasma-desktop 4:5.16.5-0ubuntu1 ?) it does not show up right away. I
have to press F5 to make it appear - or use Dolphin to look at the
Desktop-folder to see the new file.

a) not all updates can be installed and
b) I should perform a dist-upgrade ("Systemaktualisierung durchführen")
