Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: wine1.2

This is on Ubuntu Lucid 64 Bit, up to date when running DreamWeaver 8.
The workaround is to copy

odbcint.dll
odbc32.dll

from a Windows XP Box to /home/username/.wine/drive_c/windows/system32
and to configure wine with winecfg to use "Native (Windows)" for
odbc32.dll.
