If I lock my screen and then unlock it, keyboard bindings are messed up.
For instance, "p" maps to "*", "ñ" to "-", etc. It seems to affect most
of the right part of the keyboard only.
The correct bindings return either after some random time (+10 minutes)
or if I run
xfsett

I am facing the same issue. I have upgraded from Xubuntu 14.04 to

Hello, similar problem here: I can disable certain sensors, close the
configuration window and get just what I want. But when I restart, I
have the full collection of sensors I do now wish to have reports on. It
happens every time I reboot.

Hello,
Every time I try to start my Ubuntu Karmic, I am informed that my latest
shutdown was "unclean" and a disk check is performed. In fact, the disk
check finds errors in my /boot partition.
But I use System > Shut Down to shut down my system.

I had a similar problem: I could switch from US to ES keyboard, but not
the other way around with Alt+Alt. The reason is that there is no right
Alt key in the Spanish keyboard! Now I use the right control key (that I
