When using Empathy to chat in an IRC channel, the text entry area
doesn't force word wrap while typing. As a result, the window just
expands horizontally until you're finished typing. Expected behavior
would match that of normal chat windows, which force word wrap and

This appears to be an Ubuntu-only bug. Not sure where to file it but the
main Gtk project doesn't seem like the right place. It's to do with some
specific set of configurations in Ubuntu 10.04 as far as I can tell...
