I have exact same problem on All FoxNews.com videos, it is very choppy ether on
small windows or full screen.
For me youtube works ok, but the FoxNews videos are very..very bad.

I just installed Ubuntu 9.04
When I go to "Places" and "Connect to server" I choose "Windows Share" and I
enter my local server address: "192.168.1.1"
After few seconds I get a screen that says:

Binary package hint: network-manager
On update from 7.10 to 8.04 It gave an error about network manager
update, than update hanged.
The whole update process before the error message, it took about 2 hours (I
could see it downloading and later updating files)
