Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: network-manager

On update from 7.10 to 8.04 It gave an error about network manager
update, than update hanged.

The whole update process before the error message, it took about 2 hours (I
could see it downloading and later updating files)
I think there was a about a minute left in update process, before it got to a
cleanup process, I got error message about Network manager update problem.
After the error message, the whole process stopped, nothing was happening.
I let it be over night (7 hours) and in the morning the process was at the same
place as before.
