Also does not work in Kubuntu 12.04 (KDE with Ubuntu). Daemon operating
correctly. Was working with XFWM4 window manager, but in KDE window
manager ctrl-space has absolutely no effect, and the icon states no
input window.

Seems to have been caused because I cancelled the keyring popup earlier
in the session because I wasn't sure what was requesting it (I hadn't
opened any apps that should have requested it). Later when I tried to
open gtkvncviewer, it failed with this error. A reboot _might_ help but
I can't reboot
I can confirm this problem has resurfaced in Hardy. If someone can open
a new bug with the proper details, please include it in the comments.
But I've tried the fixes here for sources, and none of my updates are
showing changes.

Grr, I wish launchpad would allow you to edit a post!
Was going to add - I am setting it to a subdirectory in my home
directory, so I have full permissions and it has nothing to do with the
filesystem you're putting it on.

Having part of this problem myself.
Whenever I configure the podcast directory in the preferences of
rhythmbox, it does not save across a reload. When I reload the app, it
has defaulted AGAIN to my home directory.
This behavior breaks my auto-playlists which, since rhythmbox auto-
playlists can't
I followed the getweb directions for my 1018, converted the file from
.img to .dl and copied it, restarted the printer and things worked.
However, I would like to say that with Hardy, the HP-LIP tool does NOT
install the firmware automagically for my LJ 1018. It showed the
printer, but the printer
Bug still exists - I'd say it is a show-stopper since the application as
is does not work at all.
Macobas' post does not fix anything related to the problem as best I can
tell. The problem isn't that new themes can't be installed, as best I
can tell by the name of this bug anyway and the descripti
