I'm running Dell Latitude 7390 with Intel UHD Graphics 620 (8350U). So
8th Gen rather than 9th. I get occasional glitching, usually on battery
power and when scrolling, and always when pointer is in the bottom right
of screen. I did try the kernel params listed here (i915.enable_dc=0
intel_idle.
I'm having the same problem but I've noticed one marginally interesting
point:

OK I found a way to fix it @ package time! I previously built webkitgtk
with -DENABLE_X11_TARGET=OFF. I tried building with

@angels After the latest update I had that issue too. Wifi bar in the settings
was completely gone. When I typed: "apt purge bcmwl-kernel-source" command I
got this message:

Hello!
I have updated the Debian package to version 540.1.linux3-1 now which is
used by Fedora, openSUSE and other distributions.
Someone from Ubuntu would need to import the latest sources from Debian
to update the package.

Okay, ever since I installed this bug fix, my mouse has been playing up.
First, dragging and dropping across windows exhibited errant behaviour,
such as dropping the dragging item in between box borders. Now, every
once in a while, my mouse's primary buttons switch. The original issue
