I have also found this issue on a Pandaboard running 3.4.0-1489-omap4,
log messages are the same, CPU maxed out and /var/log/messages is about
6GB now!

Running a Pandaboard rev A3 with Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS with the ti-omap4
kernel. Have set up bluetooth (bluez) and was able to see the
pandaboard via bluetooth in the Mac's "Set up Bluetooth Device". Linux
