After the touchpad froze again I ran journalctl -b0 and copied the
interesting section to journalctl_-b0_excerpt.log. This is probably the
main error log for this bug.

Printing and scanning works pretty well. The only thing which is not
running is duplex scanning(Got all packages up-to-date).

I made the patch against bzr trunk.
The patch does not 'solve' the problem, but it makes usb-creator handle the
situation like it should.
As far as I can see you cannot install the live-cd to a disk without a

My trouble it's the same with a computer compaq presario f566la
I have to add to the boot sequence "acpi=off" to boot the system
plus this I add noapic because the sound works bad (it begin a sound and keeps
in a loop

Yes the older version works fine. I still had a tarball of wengo on my pc.

The output on the command line doesn't give any useful information. It
sound like it keeps dropping little bits of audio too (and maybe it is
trying to create a larger buffer to compensate?)
I switched to an older version from www.openwengo.org because I really
need it almost every day.

Well, I have the same error too and everything it's working, but at the
moment of the shutdown sometimes it don't do nothing just keep beeping
and the screen black but it's randomly, I don't know what could be that
but I want this be solved because I don't like see a bug when I'm
starting my laptop
I have a big delay too on a 32-bit system and it seems to be increasing
over time.
Tried disabling the video, but it didn't help. The other end was on a Windows
system using 2.1.2.
I'll run it from the command line tonight and see if the output has anything
meaningful in it.

Some problem here with a linksys rt2500usb.
I'm now succesfully running with the feisty kernel (2.6.20) as the
rt2570 module in Feisty does work with my chipset.
