I still having the trouble with the kernell '2.6.24-16-generic' it still apearing at boot 'pci bios bug ....' i'm running ubuntu 8.04 beta, at this kernell I don't get to modify the grub to boot (I was to add at end of line 'noapic noirqdebug pnpbios=off acpi=off' to boot).
