I've managed to make all working by such steps

packages. Except adding the freshest libnl* packages on hold. So after
manual downgrading and restarting `network-manager` I got network
working. Then I did
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt

Pawel, unfortunately I have no Ethernet connection on my laptop and
bringing up wlan0 along with dhclient did not help.

Hi. Sorry for delay. So, I found that after I clicked "Apply system
wild" button in the layout settings, removed default language did not

When I removing default keyboard layout from the list in the keyboard
preferences theme of my desktop changes. After that it looks like vary
old GNOME desktop interface. I can change it back to my favorite
'Ambiance' then. But after system restarts I still see deleted keyboard
