Hi. Sorry for delay. So, I found that after I clicked "Apply system wild" button in the layout settings, removed default language did not appeared after reboot.
Also I tried to reproduce the error, for provide .xsession-errors to you, but now I did not see any bugs. If I'll see it again I'll send .xsession-errors to you.
