Hi Daniel,
Your last comment lists "no longer affects: compiz (Ubuntu

I am hugely disappointed that this was tagged to milestone 12.04.1 but

Please bump importance to High and make this a priority. This is far
more damaging to usability than bug #933776.

How does using %H (hours in 24-hours format) and %Z (timezone) imply 12H
format? My indicator clock is certainly in 24-hour format using this

This problem definitely persists in Ubuntu 12.04 final. "compiz

that does this:
#!/bin/sh
sleep 5
compiz --replace
Name it something, make it executable, and create a "Startup

Public bug reported:
When using a custom format of the datetime indicator using dconf-editor,
other locations are displayed in 12H time.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Click on the date indicator, and select "Time & Date Settings".
2. Clock tab
3. Choose Locations button
4. Select some locations
5.
And the times don't reflect my locale or explicit preferences. For
instance, they show AM/PM when I'm using 24-hour time and a UK locale
(which uses 24-hour time).
