There is a dependancy to the libsdl1.2debian-pulseaudio package which
leads to removal of ubuntu-desktop if user wants to change to
alsa/arts/esd/nas/oss/all package. If the dependency is used for
upgrades, some other solution should be provided as changing the output
package

command-not-found should notice that laptop-mode-tools may have been
configured to spindown hd's and accessing python interpreter and apt
databases will cause unnecessary hd spinups (and spinup delays). Quick
solution would be an use of
Also take note that in jaunty, update-motd is disabled by laptop-mode
when going into battery mode (it stops anacron and cron). This behaviour
should be supported if possible to avoid unnecessary hdd spinups on
logins (because of resources required to run update-motd).
