Public bug reported: Binary package hint: command-not-found
command-not-found should notice that laptop-mode-tools may have been configured to spindown hd's and accessing python interpreter and apt databases will cause unnecessary hd spinups (and spinup delays). Quick solution would be an use of less resource intensive shell wrapper to check the status of l-m-t/hd's before doing any real work.
