packages' tab completion can deal with that.

the beginning , I installed wubi 8.10 on a fs FAT32 partition , I

I guess the partition fs FAT32 which caused this bug . This bug can be
fixed by converting your partition from FAT32 to NTFS .

I found Gnucash (2.2.4.-1ubuntu1) cannot import OFX files with UTF-8 wide
characters, properly.
I checked the source code and found the cause was in libofx package
(1:0.9.0-2ubuntu1).
