I found Gnucash (2.2.4.-1ubuntu1) cannot import OFX files with UTF-8 wide
characters, properly.
I checked the source code and found the cause was in libofx package
(1:0.9.0-2ubuntu1).
Please find the attachment, my patch.
Wide characters will be imported properly, after this patch.
This fix works, but it's not perfect, yet.
I haven't eliminated OpenSP parser's error messages, yet.
