I tested this out against the python test cases in the Vitis-AI repo:

Both were successful. I consider this bug fixed.

As part of the installation, the XRT package should create the vendor-
specific /etc/OpenCL/vendor/xilinx.icd file. The contents of the file
should be:
libxilinxopencl.so
This provides support for the Installable Client Driver (ICD) model as
described here: https://github.c
Discussed with Canonical team and decided we will not pursue this
update.
