Public bug reported: As part of the installation, the XRT package should create the vendor- specific /etc/OpenCL/vendor/xilinx.icd file. The contents of the file should be:
libxilinxopencl.so This provides support for the Installable Client Driver (ICD) model as described here: https://github.com/KhronosGroup/OpenCL-ICD-Loader Applications can then be built using -lOpenCL instead of linking to the xilinx-specific libxilinxopencl.so. $ apt-cache policy xrt-embedded xrt-embedded: Installed: 202020.2.8.726-0ubuntu2 Candidate: 202020.2.8.726-0ubuntu7~20.04 Version table: 202020.2.8.726-0ubuntu7~20.04 500 500 http://ports.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-ports focal-updates/universe arm64 Packages *** 202020.2.8.726-0ubuntu2 100 100 /var/lib/dpkg/status ** Affects: xrt (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1939613 Title: xrt package does not create xilinx.icd To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xrt/+bug/1939613/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
