When the bitlbee-plugin-otr package is installed, Bitlbee won't start
anymore:
# service bitlbee start
Starting BitlBee IRC/IM gateway: bitlbee/usr/sbin/bitlbee: symbol lookup error:
/usr/lib/bitlbee/otr.so: undefined symbol: otrl_init
Also I thought OTR was build-in Bitlbe
Same problem here (on Karmic amd64 with the same svn version as above).
I can't access http:// or https:// repositories.
