version 3.1. The newer version isn't available to me in the Repositories
and I'm unwilling to add a PPA for this.

@Ronnie, Agreed. I feel it's a little excessive to suggest upgrading
your whole OS in order to fix a little bug like this. If a patch has
been issued, it should surely be pushed out to every currently supported
release that is affected by the bug.

I got this error when installing the extra services when I initially set
up Ubuntu One. It's just happened, so not sure if it was a one-time
thing, or if I'll experience it again. Ubuntu One seems to be working
properly though, and did sync my files correctly.
