Just FYI - After dragging to launcher, it seems a reboot is required
before this works properly. I had the same issue when i dragged the
official (non-ubuntu) VirtualBox into the launcher: After initial drag
to launcher, it would not detect that it was running once i first
clicked it, and the prob

Was either Libre Writer or Thunderbird. I was using both when this
error happened with me (opening an attahment, then closing it and
returning to e-mail).

I know fix was committed, i've been applying updates daily (or more
often) but i still have this problem regularly. When should this fix
make it into the beta? Just want to make sure i don't already have it
and its still broken.

Running "Chrome" results in no unminimize button (no switching back to
window) on launcher
This appears to be "fixed" after a reboot.
I applied the latest updates (which i do several times per day) to the
beta operating system. I then went to log out, and as happens from time

1. Installed Moneydance on 64-bit ubuntu with java.com official jre (ln -s
/opt/jre1.6... /opt/moneydance/jre) from moneydance.com (available as a
trial version which is the same as real version but limitted data entry until
unlocked). OpenJDK
Update : While this bug occured in initial install of beta 1.. When it
went back to desktop, I re-ran the install (without rebooting) it worked
on 64-bit version without the same error..

This bug is still in beta 1 which i just downloaded and tried to
install. It's at least visible on 64 bit version, perhaps if i tried 32
bit it might not have the issue?

It's been 5 days since i reported this and it has not happenned again.
Perhaps i should consider it fixed by virtue of other updates installed.
Don't know how to close/cancel a bug report.

Incidentally, I applied an update to compiz about 24 hours ago (which i
understand has something to do with the 3d look to the desktop),
yesterday (2/8/2012) the problem not only did not happen once all day
(that is: it always prompted me for a password on resume from sleep),
but one or two other t
I looked at the list of packages it "could" be under, and pm-utils made
the most sense of those packages that were listed. This is really an
x11 tool issue, and specifically the tool which is supposed to prompt
for password on resume from sleep/suspend. At least that is my
presumption.
