I've seen this happen on my PC too, I was just about to report the same

be random. Sometime buttons are green, other time black, other times
orange. Scrollbar backgrounds have a green rectangle on them.

The problem is now only seen if you start the PC with the device plugged in.
Once you unplug it and re-insert it, then the correct udev rule is called,

OK. So I've been investigating a bit. The apropriate udev scripts are
present in /etc/udev/rules.d/45-libnjb.rules.
These correctly set the permissions on /dev/bus/usb/00x/00y to
root:plugdev and 0660 and my user is in the group plugdev. I can't seem
to repeat the problem after having used the ol
Adding the appropriate /etc/hotplug/usb scripts by hand fixes the "root

The subsequent tabs have the same aliases as the 1st tab here. The only
difference is that you don't get teleported back to $HOME when you open
a new tab. Anything in .bashrc gets exported in the new tab though.

When saving a sheet as a CSV (comma seperated file) a dialog box is
shown that has a label-less check box. I'm pretty sure that this is

tomorrow - maybe it's a tra

Your script has a bug - a URI is not the same as a directory.
cd file:///home/user/Desktop
is not the same as:
cd /home/user/Desktop
"cd" is an old skool program that knows not of URIs. Use some sed in there and
it'll work:
#!/bin/bash
gnome-terminal --working-directory=$(echo $NAUTILUS_SCRIPT_C

I had this problem and assumed it was caused by upgrading Breezy (with
OOo2) to Dapper (with OOo) and having customised the menu.
The "Open With" property list seems to be editable per file type - in
nautilus right click a document or spread sheet and open the tab "Open
With". There, remove the OO

I noticed this too. The CTRL+W trick is a fair work around.
Anyway, this is a duplicate of Bug #38512 (seems to be annoying a few
people this change!)
