While going through this issue. I found though Liberation Mono does not
have U+301 character in font. But it still has combined character i.e.
aacute U+00E1
harfbuzz-ng and pango-view renders it perfectly. So this should be fixed
in gnome-terminal.
$./hb-view /usr/share/fonts/liberation/Liberati

Now only 3 locale remaining to complete 22 official Indian languages locale in
glibc. (santali,manipuri and dogri).
Hoping to get that information soon and complete this important
milestone :)

I think they patches there glibc package, but anyway it is more
important to get it commit in upstream. then it will automatically go
every OS using glibc. :)
I can try for Fedora but lets wait for upstream first, anyone here?
