Problem happens everytime apt-get is used to install anything.
This problem prevents removing sun-java6-jdk.
The error message (pt_BR) when trying to remove sun-java6-jdk or when
installing any package is:

I got the same problem, but I have a clean install of Ubuntu 9.04 64 bits.
My system is in Brazillian Portuguese (pt_BR), and on an ext4 filesystem.
The error message (in portuguese) translate to something like:
"update-alternatives: error or end of file reading
/var/lib/dpkg/alternatives/HtmlC
I got that error even when trying to remove the sun-java6-jdk package,
preventing me from removing it.
