I can confirm that reverting to linux-firmware:amd64=1.173.12 with
kernel 5.3.0-40-generic on Xubuntu 18.04.4 solved my problem.
Workaround with kernel parameter "radeon.modeset=0
rd.driver.blacklist=radeon" removed error messages but caused fan to

Turning off "Lock screen" option when suspending worked for me, but I'll

Same effect here as you described (Samsung Ativbook 7 730U3E with
Intel/ATI graphic). Xubuntu 15.10 with all the updates worked. After

neither radeon, nor fglrx is working. Kernels 3.13.0-37, 3.16.0-23/24

I can confirm this. CopyAgent stopped to display its menu properly when

Another Laptop here (Samsung Ativ Book 7 - type: 730U3E-X04DE). It's not

in UEFI mode. Samsung-laptop is not loaded here as well so some minimal
things are not working properly (keyboard illumination, fan-control,
WiFi switch).
Affects me too. Still occuring on a brand new 13.10 xubuntu
installation. Please turn off debug (=0), as mentioned above, by
default. Or even better: please provide a fix.
Turning off debug would at least preventing the system from gettin
