If I have gnome-terminal and any other program's window open, the terminal
doesn't hide if it gets unfocused. See the attached screenshot.
This is only a problem in multi-monitor mode. I'm not sure if the bugreport

Ok, so if this was meant to be like this, then mark this bug as invalid.
Although I think the checkbox in the preferences window should behave as
the one in the main window, because the users who want to kill unity when
running unity session are very likely to be able to do that from the
terminal.

When I set the panel's opacity to 1.000 (so it's totally transparent), the
application menus/application titles do no hide when they should, they become
black. This problem doesn't occur when the opacity is 0.

During the install, I tried to connect to my wireless network that is
secured with wpa. But I couldn't - the applet crashed before being able
to ask for my password. This problem happens every time I log in - so
it crashes on startup because it wants to ask for my password -

It happened after I had to force quit nautilus for some reason, and typed
"unity --replace" in the terminal.

Yes, this happened with me too. I disabled guest session to try if I can
somehow else get the icon back - clicking on it's place or something -
but it doesn't work. So if you're the only user and you don't allow
guest session you can only log into the default session.
