It happened here, too. I'm using precise. unity-5.0.0 Compiz 0.9.6 It happened after I had to force quit nautilus for some reason, and typed "unity --replace" in the terminal. I'm not sure though if it's a unity bug, I'd rather say this is a compiz bug.
