Ran into this issue again today, just moments ago. Minimizing and
restoring the application does indeed fix the problem (@Moustafa Chamli,
my right-click menus fail as well, next time yours start failing you
I haven't been able to identify an action or series of actions which
will recreate this reliably. Notably, I recently updated to Ubuntu 11.04
from 10.10, and Compiz/Unity appears to have been having other,
seemingly unrelated issues handling mouse input (losing bindings for
screen corners, namely).

Certain text suggestions (for username/search fields, the URL field,
etc) also appear to be effected, as well as the right-click menu on any
part of the page. Bookmark bar folders don't work either, but they will
open if I click and hold.
