Ran into this issue again today, just moments ago. Minimizing and restoring the application does indeed fix the problem (@Moustafa Chamli, my right-click menus fail as well, next time yours start failing you might want to check whether or not the bookmark bar "folders" are effected as well). For reference, this is my work computer, and while I do have full administrative control over it, I really can't put a lot of time into most of the recommended tests (I use this for development, so I need all the plugins I have enabled in order to be productive, etc.).
