@harsha-ellanti, You can disable USB-3 support on your laptop's BIOS.
@martin, this issue only fixed by Lenovo BIOS engineers. There is not
different way to it...

It look that the issue is not about Ubuntu. Probably lenovo bios not
supported Gnu/Linux kernel. I have been sended a couple of tweets to
Offical Lenovo Accout.
I think that Lenovo enginers intrested in fixing the issue..
