Today I have buyed a new Lenovo ThinkPad Edge 540,

I have same issue about the suspending. It is tried  on ubuntu 14.04.

My bios information:

When Usb3 is disabled on the bios, my laptop is suspended on success.

I think that this bug about disabled Usb3. Probably while system is
ready to suspend, usb3 devices couldn't disable and system is crashed.
