I don't think it is fixed yet. When I try sites like http://hk.youtube.com/
the Chinese characters are still not okay (see attachment.) Have you made any
manual fixes?

compatibility options, even with the option "Shift with numeric keypad keys
works as in MS Windows" is checked, the shift-number keys sometimes revert to
outputting numbers instead of selecting text
