I attempted to install compiz "zoom" feature in my ubuntu 8.10 and the whole
screen froze.
I had to force shut down using power button. On reboot I came to login screen
entered my name and password and after few seconds got returned to login screen
again. And as many times
I just attempted to burn both .wma and .mp3 and got the same message: "Track
1.wav" can't be handled by gstreamer.
Make sure the appropriate codec is installed.
I am working with Brasero 0.9.1 in Ubuntu 8.10

Skydome disappears when screen saver gets activated. I have to open
CompizConfig settings and reset it in Desktop Cube Settings Manager, but it

rows into table manually (editing the source code) it seems to be
working fine.

Just recently I upgraded 8.04 to 8.10 and ever since was not able to establish
IMAP connection with my Gmail account. I do have all the parameters entered
correctly for both imap and smtp but Evolution simply will not connect. I tried
IMAP subscription manager but there is
