The only way that this problem can be reproduced is to connect up to the same
configuration that I have, which is :-
Compaq Presario running Windows 7, which is directly connected to a Hp
PhotosmartPlus B209a-m printer.
My computer is running UBUNTU 11:04 the printer is networked to the Windows

This cofiguration solved the G Streamer Codec problem :-
sudo apt-get install gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly
gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly-multiverse gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad
gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad-multiverse
and then to overcome the copy protection - this cofiguration solved
Problem now solved.
sudo dpkg --configure -a
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade
This is what I did to overcome the problem.
HOWEVER I still cannot play Copy Protected DVD or install MEDIBUNTU
