I have this issue, it occurred after installation - (A popup saying flash in
installion had failed)
1. During the installation I had chosen to install 3rd party applications.
(this includes flash)
2.Even though flash IS verified installed this error appears immediately on
first boot of fresh os

I installed the kernel mentioned above. Same results for the testing
script.
It may not be immediately apparent, but the kernel associated with the
attachments above was one I compiled myself, based off of the official
ubuntu kernel. I made sure to test with the official 31-16 as well as

this time, the first test fails to have any results.
The second test turns off my monitor, and sound, but my machine is
clearly still running. The only way to bring it back to a usable state

My intention was that orca should repeat what configuration option was

Pidgin hangs when a specific link is
The duplicate bug is on a second laptop that has the same configuration
as the origional bug. Difference being that the hanging pidgin was
installed through the install disk, while the crashing pidgin was
upgraded inline from jaunty.
Both machines are 32 bit.
