Removed the duplicate tag. While the Bug #560180 has been fixed upstream
this Issue Still remains. That is, assigning keys too Touchstrips or
special characters to any buttons doesn't work. Tested with xf86-input-
wacom 1:0.10.6-0ubuntu2 from ppa:grahl/ppa.

can someone confirm that the bug described in #577608 is fixed upstream as well?
I have trouble believing that the difference between absolute and relative mode
affect the way special keys are addressed, yet it is marked as duplicate.
some of the affected keys are: "core key +", "... -", ',' , '.'
I get it too and I replaced empathy with pidgin.

0.8.4.2-0.1 breaks my Twinview again. My cintiq is now stretched across both
its own screen and the monitor.
I tried all variations of 'xsetwacom set stylus TwinView "[0-5]" ' and none of

flat screen where I can't reach the bottom section of the screen since the
16:10 tablet is mapped to the 4:3 monitor without it being stretched.

As Ronan Mentions, I still had to modify the .fdi in order to use
wacomcpl but apart from that everything works for me. Using a Cintig 12
WX at 1280x800 and a flat screen at 1280x1024 and a Geforce 8800GT
running the proprietary drivers with TwinView horizontal. I can switch
screens and the mapping
Not sure whether here is the right place to post this but, It doesn't work
completely for me.
I'm using a Graphire 4 A6 the wacom-tools and xserver-xorg-input-wacom packages
from jaunty's repos ver. 1:0.8.2.2-0ubuntu2 plus a selfcompiled driver from
linuxwacom-0.8.3-2 (configured with --enable-
22050 crackled so I just reduced the sampling bits to 8 staying at 44100 Hz
That worked out well while sounding well also.
