Alas, scratch that. The mapping is still weird just this time around it's the flat screen where I can't reach the bottom section of the screen since the 16:10 tablet is mapped to the 4:3 monitor without it being stretched. It's the same for the 8.3-2 Version though so not worse either and, as mentioned, I practically only need it to map correctly on the cintiq screen and as I can't even do the on 9.04 it's an improvement to me.
