In Ubuntu 24.04 I can set -- key-management="eap-sha256" -- in my
netplan config file for my specific network. But I did not find an
option to set -- ieee80211w=2 -- which is also an requirement for WPA3
enterprise network. In wpa_supplicant I can setup the connection, in
netplan not.

First of all, thank you.
I use ansible (to deploy many machines) so a simple copy of 2 files
fixes the problem in another manner.
I hardcode "eth0" in /etc/strongswan.d/charon/resolv.conf as my default
device (iface=eth0). Then I also hardcode the DNS server in
/etc/systemd/resolved.conf (DNS=myD
then there is another problem in comparison to ubuntu 22.04, right now
if you install all needed packages for strongswan (I do this via ansible
so this issue came to the surface):

"locate dns.conf" does not find the file on my system. I would like to
test your hack as a temporary solution for my VPN server issue (without
my DNS servers the connection is useless)
