then there is another problem in comparison to ubuntu 22.04, right now if you install all needed packages for strongswan (I do this via ansible so this issue came to the surface):
"strongswan strongswan-charon charon-systemd libstrongswan-extra-plugins libcharon-extra-plugins strongswan-pki" the package "strongswan-starter" is being pulled in as a dependency. the result is having "ipsec" installed which I don`t want since it interferes with "swanctl" which is the more recent way to go... So after deploying strongswan, I always have to manually remove "strongswan-starter" (apt purge strongswan-starter) Maybe the issues are related ?
