On a Lenovo GT780 with Ubuntu 12.10 I have mouse failure at startup. I have to
do:
sudo modprobe -r hid_logitech_dj && sudo modprobe hid_logitech_dj
about 2-5 times to get the logitech m325 to work.

One other small issue I noticed with the greeter is the theme of the
keyboard changes back to Ambiance when I log off. If I set the theme to
Droid or something else in preferences it will always return to Ambiance
in greeter. It is pretty minor but inconsistent. When the keyboard
appears it should
I can't reproduce it anymore in nightly of 12.10. I guess it is fixed.

This bug seems similar to issues with compiz not using plugin values at
login. When the launcher fails to show I use compizconfig to toggle
Dodge Windows and the launcher starts working again. Same issue for
compiz edge bindings. Hot corners for expose or workspace switcher are
