Then, does Adept show correctly the "Version Upgrade" button? Clicking on it,
does upgrade start?
I don't think you should use gnome update manager, because that is specific for
Ubuntu and Gnome. So you should use gnome update manager, only if you have
installed Gnome as desktop enviroment.
