Public bug reported: Binary package hint: kdebase-workspace
KDE 4 RC 1 in Hardy has an issue. Menu K is completely disappeared. At login is shown an error "the object could not be created" in the middle of desktop. So the new desktop is unusable. Packages for Gutsy (http://kubuntu.org/announcements/kde4-rc1.php) seems work well and without this issue until yesterday when an upgrade had broken KDE 4.
