Same problem here.
Running Ubuntu 8.10
Audio seem to work fine only with ALSA, but nothing comes from flash plugin
(using adobe-non free, latest version).
Downloading the same video with youtube-dl and playing it with totem works
perfectly.
I have both an Audigy 2 ZS and an embedded card.

Eclipse crashes regularly during the work session.
I'm actually using Eclipse Europa (binary) on Ubuntu 8.04, but the same error
occurs with fresh repository installations.
The command line output is as follows:

Hi everybody.
I'm experiencing a similar problem under Gutsy.
The problem is a crash in eclipse when switching tabs with compiz enabled.

I spent a few time trying to replicate the bug. I just noticed that the crash
occurs when switching between tabs into eclipse.
The problem seems to disappear if compiz desktop effects are switched off.
This is the header of the error log. For further details you can see the
attached file above.
This is the message appearing on the alert windows as the crash occurs.

I installed the Eclipse IDE via repositories and I'm continuously experiencing

I realized that the problem was due to the fact I tried to set up a
