I have read a article time ago where it said that the problem is on
system.firmware.vendor value.
The kernel don't recognize "American Megatrends Inc." and can't resume.
They proposed to edit the BIOS and changed this value to another like
Micro-Start.
I don't know how do it. :)

Whenever I try to suspend my laptop at the start seems to work since entering
suspend mode, but when I try to restore it finally shuts down.
The same error appear when I try it by console.
