Hi,
After a multitude of bugs I installed gentoo on my laptop and broke the
screen so it is currently not in service. I obviously can't test so I will
not be able to report anything. My apologies.

I can also confirm this bug. HDA Intel audio in a dell laptop (If more
info is needed I can provide it). This is an extremely annoying bug as
without sound the system loses lots of functionality. I am willing to
help provide anything I can if I can help fix it!!

I also have the same issue. I have had my laptop set up with dvorak for
a while but X was being all funky and when I logged in to my account I
had to run `setxkbmap dvorak`. I upgraded to 9.10 and selected the
Dvorak keymap on login (in the dropdown at the bottom of the login
